Oak Milk—Hungrythirsty

To give Oak a new reason for being, we positioned the thick milkshake as the answer to “hungrythirsty.” The idea was brought to life by a slightly disturbed character we created to shake viewers out of their weak, mid-afternoon dithering.

Fun fact: renowned Aussie actor David Field agreed to star in the films because he was a longtime fan of the drink, having grown up near the iconic Oak Milk factory.








The campaign drove so much demand that people complained online about empty shelves. Those complaints revealed distribution issues and sparked our highly awarded Reverse Robberies campaign—which is packaged in a convenient case-study video here.
