American and Australian citizen. European by marriage. Water-loving Pisces by birth.

My creative perspective has been shaped by working internationally, inside iconic brands and at world-class agencies.

My confidence as a leader comes from both ends of the spectrum: understanding business realities, and hands-on experience from crafting concepts, shooting photos, directing films, editing in Premiere, designing in Figma, to pushing what's possible with AI.

I believe in curating teams and culture grounded in empathy, high standards, and honest opinions. When everyone's loving the ride, you can feel it in the brand, award jurors take notice, and tangible business results allow us all to keep pushing.

First overseas hire and part of the foundational team, shaping culture and creative as the agency scaled, winning Agency of the Year 4x, growing 10x, and later being named Australia's Agency of the Decade before joining Accenture's Droga5 network.

Learnings: Hands-on craft from day one. Great work doesn't require big budgets.

First CD in the Amsterdam office, leading global brand platforms across tech, sport, beverage, and beauty. Long-term brand relationships and iconic global campaign launches. 

Learnings:  Building global brand platforms with local relevance. How the world's best brands operate from the inside.

2018 — 2020

Recurring roles across Apple Services: Music, Books, Pay, News, and Branded Partnerships gave me invaluable in-house experience. Conceptual, design-heavy work inside a complex org, aligning creative ambition with global brand standards and cross-functional priorities.

Learnings:  The gold standard of craft and brand consistency. In-house collaboration at scale.

2020 — 2023

Co-founded a nimble creative studio serving as a strategic, creative, and production partner to some of the world's best brands. Led client relationships end-to-end, balancing hands-on creative with growing and mentoring teams to deliver crafted work. Grew the business through the pandemic and intentionally shifted focus in 2023.

Learnings: Business ownership. The full creative stack, hands-on across every discipline. What brands actually need from a trusted outside partner.
