In order to give Oak a new reason for being, we positioned the thick milkshake as the answer to ‘hungrythirsty’. A needstate explained and delivered by a slightly-disturbed character we created to help shake viewers out of their weak, pathetic mid-afternoon ditherings.
Fun Fact, the campaign was so successful it lead to people complaining online that they couldn’t find Oak Milk it in their local shop, which revealed distribution issues and led to our ‘Reverse Robberies’ campaign.
